The Rental Unit and the Breakaway Unit
This page will give you an overview of the "main" rental unit and the "breakaway apartment". You will also be given the rental cost on each unit and what it includes.
The main rental unit is available for rent at a price of $3375 per week during the summer months. This price does not include the cleaning or "pet" fee. This unit is all on one floor at pool level. All the rooms (except the kitchen) face the Bay and have large windows. This unit is accessed from the driveway, pool stairs. You would then enter the rental unit through the sliding glass doors. These lead directly into the TV Room. You will be renting three bedroom, two full baths, a kitchen, TV room and a center hall with sitting/activity area. The first bedroom is off of the TV room and has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds and an adjoining bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom right next to it. This third bedroom/bath is at the "far" end of the home and is more secluded. None of the bedrooms have curtains or shades, just a view you will not forget.

Once you add the optional living area you will have access to the entire home.

Once you add the optional living area you will have access to the entire home.

The OPTIONAL "breakaway" rental unit is available at a cost of an additional $2100 per week during the summer months. This cost INCLUDES the "pet" fees for both the main rental unit and this breakaway unit. The breakaway rental can ONLY be rented in conjunction with the main rental unit.
By renting this unit you and your guests will have access to the entire house. This is a fantastic set-up for two families or a family with a caregiver. This section of the house does have air conditioning.
Pets are allowed in all the upstairs rooms except the "great room" near the MBR.
The rental is accessed at driveway level, through the main door to the house. A large entryway greets you with stunning views of the bay. You would then enter the "great room" and I mean it is great ! This room is 20x40 and has 20' cathedral ceilings. The room is divided into a dining area for eight and a sitting area for five. This room is separated from the sun room by glass doors. The sun room is also divided into two areas. The first is a "cocktail" area for four. Here you have a table with four chairs. The other side is a sitting/TV area with comfortable seating for six. All the time you will have 180 degree views of Shoestring Bay.
At the end of the sun room is a small open deck with seating for six. This area overlooks the pool and Bay.
The "great room" has a queen sleeper sofa for one or two people. There is also a full bath off the entry hall.
Next, there is a master bedroom/suite and bath. Also with great views.
Across from the master bedroom is another "huge" great room. This room has cathederal ceilings, a two sided fireplace and a view of the bay. It is divided into multiple sitting areas and a "game table" that overlooks the bay.
