This OPTIONAL living area on the main floor (right window) has "grand views" of the bay and pool area. When you are renting the main portion of the house you have use of  the Sun room/ deck, Living Room, Sitting Area and Full Bath (hall), a Master Bedroom/sitting area and a second "great room". There is also a "sleeper sofa" in the living room so two more people can stay in the house.
