This home is located directly on Shoestring Bay in Cotuit. All the rooms have direct water views. The beach is made up of sand and sea grass with a 'tree canopy'. Your rental consists of three bedrooms, a den/LR, two baths and a kitchen. The rental unit is all on one floor at pool level. For a larger group (+2) you have the option of renting the upstairs "breakaway" apartment. The "breakaway" adds a master bedroom suite, a full kitchen, two great rooms, a dinning room for 8, a huge sunroom, a full bath in the hall and central air conditioning. There is also a sleep sofa in the great room near the sunroom. This is a very private location that has woods on one side of the home, by the pool and overlooks the Bay. The home is very light and airy.

The lower floor does not have a/c, just fans. As you walk out of the living room you can relax on the covered deck, walk down the steps to the beach or swim in the 20x40 in ground pool. This is an outdoor living home that takes full advantage of the water and the great views of the Bay. This is a pet friendly home. No WiFi.
