All rooms and the inground pool overlook Popponesset Bay. Our home features: All access Barnstable (vehicle) Beach Pass, use of two kayaks and/or a Paddle Board, daily delivery of the Cape Cod Times, 3 Bose systems, Comcast Wi-Fi, ComcastHD on two LCD TV's with a Roku Box & Netflix streaming. This home, located in a child friendly and quiet neighborhood, is perfect for large families or grandparents with a separate master suite and living room. Our 'pet friendly' house features four bedrooms, four full baths, poolside bath house/showers, two full kitchens (1 at pool level), a TV room on each level, one living room, one large sun room with dining deck plus a dining room with seating for eight and it is cooled by room & central air conditioning. Our home is adjacent to the boat ramp and Crocker Neck Nature Preserve. Crocker Neck is great for hiking, dog walking, biking, fishing, kayak trips and swimming. 
What our family does.: Fun in the sun! Watching the boats in the Bay, while enjoying a cup of coffee. Fishing from the beach or the point. Water skiing in the Bay with your boat. Taking our kayak, WaterStrider or boat to 'the spit' for the day, and enjoying the beach. We really love our new StriderCraft with the hydrofoil propulsion fin. Running your dog on our beach! Lounging by the pool! Bike to the Town Beach and Village! Watch the boats launch at the boat ramp at end of street. Shopping and strolling at nearby Mashpee Commons. Walking the nature trails in the Crocker Neck preserve and salt marsh. Biking around the Coves. Bike rentals are available in the area and at the Bike Path. We highly recommend: Cape Cod Rail Trail Bike and Blade in Brewster. They are located right on the bike path and can handle all your biking needs. There is also a new bike path extending from North Falmouth to Woods Hole. It is about 10 miles easch way. Very scenic and lots of places to eat along the way. Beach Info: Beach Info: The closest Cotuit town beach by car is about two minutes away, off Main St. There are three public beaches on Main St. There is also the 'secret beach' in Crocker Neck Reservation. The closest 'boat beach' is about three minutes up the bay. This beach is known as 'The Spit'. The other town beach is either Craigville Beach in Osterville or South Cape in Mashpee. Both have daily parking. You can also bike to the Cotuit Main St beaches, they are about a nine minute ride. All town beaches require a parking sticker or daily parking fee. All access beach pass is included with rental. This pass must be returned at the end of your stay. Place this pass in your cars window and have access to all of the Town Beaches. The beach right in front of our home is great for walking, sunsets, relaxing, crab catching, dog walking, wading and a little swimming for the kids. WaterStrider available for your fun on the water: The Waterstrider® combines a standup paddleboard with efficient flapping foil propulsion to create a simple watercraft that can be enjoyed by all. Waterstrider can provide relaxed cruising or a vigorous workout. The powerful thrust from the flapping foil is similar to the tailfin on a marine mammal. The foil is secured to a strut which can be freely directed for steering and balance. The T handle on the strut is easily adjusted up or down for riders of different heights. Children who have difficulty paddling a surfboard due to its width as well as wide range of adults can easily get started on flat water, with a longer learning curve for choppy conditions. By turning the T handle and driving the foil, the lateral force component below the hull generates a stabilizing moment in a manner similar to a bicycle.
