We are one of the few waterfront vacation rental homes on Cape Cod that features a small wading beach, an in-ground pool,

grilling deck overlooking the Bay and allows pets!

Our home features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths plus an outdoor shower,

2 TV rooms and a second prep-kitchen at pool level.

Bikes, standard kayaks, a Barnstable beach pass, and beach chairs

are always included.

The Great Room

Through the front door, the Great Room welcomes all who enter with expansive views of Shoestring Bay. The formal dining area flows into the adjacent sitting area and a sunroom featuring oversized windows, providing year-round views. Just off the sunroom is the second-story deck, ideal for enjoying dinner on warm evenings while watching the sunset over the water.

Our pool is very private, with woods on one side.

Due to the actions of numerous past guests: Rentals do NOT include a non-refundable $250 fee covering an administrative charge and a damage waiver for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000. Additional security protection may be purchased at $59-$89 per $1500 directly from Generali Travel Insurance.

Why you ask? For the past six or so years guests have NOT been reporting damage that has occurred during their stay
